What documents do I need to bring when I pick up my rental car?

When you arrive at the rental desk, you will need to present the following: 1. DRIVING LICENCE — Your full, valid driving licence. If your licence is not in the local language or Latin alphabet, you may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP). All drivers must present their licence. 2. CREDIT CARD — In the main driver's name. This is used for the security deposit. Some suppliers accept debit cards (check the Important Information for your booking). 3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION — Your booking voucher or confirmation email with the reservation number. 4. PASSPORT or ID CARD — Some suppliers require a form of photo ID in addition to your driving licence, especially for international rentals. Important notes: - The credit card and driving licence MUST be in the SAME NAME as the person who made the booking (the main driver) - If you have a paper counterpart to your licence (e.g., UK), bring both parts - Additional drivers must also present their driving licence at the desk - Arrive with all documents — missing any of these can result in refusal of the vehicle
